Job description:

JobMatcha are recruiting for an experienced yardman for one of our civil site projects in Wolverhampton.

Requirements for the yardman position:

• Driver licence
• CSCS, Telehandler ticket
• Umbrella rate advertised

Responsibilities for the yardman position:

• To capture all incoming and outgoing Materials.
• To ensure Equipment and Materials are stored in designated area.
• To Report damaged materials and equipment
• To ensure that the yard is kept clean and tidy.

Experience required for the yardman position:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Competence in materials handling practices .
• Basic maths skills for accurate inventory management and documentation.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 13.76- 17.83 per hour depending on payment method

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 07/07/2025
