Cortica is seeking a dedicated Counselor to join its multidisciplinary team. The role involves providing counseling services to children, parents, siblings, and caregivers, working as part of a team that focuses on children with neurodevelopmental differences.

**Responsibilities:**

• Deliver direct client counseling via telehealth using approaches such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
• Collaborate with team members and families, participate in family care meetings.
• Potentially provide clinical mentorship.

**Qualifications:**

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related fields.
• Current unrestricted license to practice independently.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
• Obtain Mental Health Provider licensure in all operational states within 60 days of hire.

**Pay Range:** $47.79 to $59.74 per hour, depending on experience and location.
