Job Description

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for food preparation for our breakfast buffet and function service. You must maintain a clean and hygienic work environment while ensuring high-quality food. The role includes strict stock rotation and minimizing wastage. You will organize an assigned section, ensuring it runs efficiently and productively. Daily stock monitoring and advising the Head Chef on product requirements are also key responsibilities.
