My client is looking for a motivated and personable Property Acquisition Agent to join their expanding team. This is a full-time, fully remote role ideal for someone who thrives on the road, enjoys building strong relationships, and has a keen interest in residential property.
As a Property Acquisition Agent, you will be responsible for sourcing on- and off -market properties through local estate agents and professional networks. You\’ll spend your days visiting agents, attending viewings, and identifying properties that meet the purchasing criteria. Your ability to communicate confidently and build rapport is key.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source suitable residential properties in Manchester & Surrounds
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with local estate agents
- Attend property viewings and assess opportunities in line with the buying criteria
- Report findings and recommendations to the central acquisitions team
- Support or lead negotiations to secure properties
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates
What We\’re Looking For
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
