Electrical Maintenance Engineer Leeds Full Time Up to £40k (depending on experience) Plus Overtime Flexible Benefits Summary NG Bailey Facilities Services have an exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias), to work with our amazing client Victoria Leeds Retail to provide a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive). This role is located in Leeds City Centre, and is a customer facing role, providing excellent opportunities for development. You’ll work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You’ll also work two Saturdays a month, but you can pick a day off the following week that works best for you, there are also opportunities for Overtime. We can offer Reduced Parking at £4 per day if travelling by Car. Ensure work is undertaken in line with specific method statements & risk assessments and relevant safety legislation and NG Bailey health and safety systems and procedures. Capable of working without assistance and managing Reactive Works & Small Projects carried out by others. An experienced Electrical Technician working to a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercial occupied environment and with the utmost regard for customer service. You will hold current qualifications to work as a Electrical engineer including. Completed a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship (preferable but not essential) City & Guilds Electrical discipline competency Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent. 18th Edition Conversant with Electrical / Mechanical Plant related Building Services PPM\’s / Reactive Work Benefits: We\’re always evolving our benefits to ensure we\’re attracting and retaining great people.
