About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with a range of special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and build confidence both academically and socially. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual learning plans

• Assisting with classroom activities and adapting resources to meet diverse needs

• Supporting pupils’ emotional, behavioural, and social development

• Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals

• Helping to create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
