The Role:
This is not your average project management role. It\’s a \”player-manager\” position ideal for someone who thrives on balancing hands-on delivery with people leadership. You’ll guide a team of five talented consultants, while staying actively engaged in managing and delivering successful Epicor Kinetic implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and execute Epicor Kinetic ERP projects across the full lifecycle.
- Manage a team of 5 ERP consultants, providing support, mentorship, and technical oversight.
- Act as the main point of contact between the consultancy and client stakeholders.
