We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Broker / Financial Services Advisor with CAS status and a proven track record to join our dynamic firm, where the average case size across the team in 2024 was £4,047 (mortgage and broker fee only).
For ambitious brokers, the firm operates a \”progression to partnership programme\” where you can become a shareholder and executive within the business.
ADDITIONAL TRAINING PROVIDED
The company will provide additional 121 upskill training focusing on their area of expertise covering specialist finance products and services.
EARNINGS:
YEAR 1: £65,000 OTE (uncapped commission structure)
YEAR 2: £100,000 OTE (uncapped commission structure)
YEAR 3: £130,000 OTE (uncapped commission structure)
LOCATION: Remote / Home Based or Hybrid
Successful candidates will need to commit to the first month being fully office-based in Exeter, Devon, whilst you are completing the firm\’s internal training program (costs are covered by the firm). Once completed, you’ll have the option to work remotely from home or, if you prefer, work in a hybrid capacity, from home and the office in Exeter.
