Are you an experienced Technical Producer with a passion for delivering cutting-edge digital and creative projects?
A forward-thinking studio is looking for a highly organised and technically fluent Technical Producer to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex, multidisciplinary work across digital experiences, interactive media, and creative technology.
The opportunity:
As Technical Producer, you’ll be responsible for scoping, scheduling, and managing the production of creative-technical projects from concept to launch. You\’ll ensure cross-functional collaboration flows smoothly, momentum is maintained, blockers are resolved, and quality is never compromised. You\’ll work directly with creatives, engineers, external partners, and clients – helping to bring complex ideas to life in technically sound and visually striking ways.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Planning and managing sprints, timelines, and production workflows across multiple technical and creative projects
- Collaborating with development and design teams to translate creative ideas into clear, actionable technical plans
- Identifying requirements, risks, and dependencies early in the process to avoid surprises later
- Acting as the main bridge between creative, technical, and production stakeholders
- Leading stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives using Agile or hybrid methodologies
- Actively managing issues and risks to keep projects on track without compromising vision
- Overseeing testing, quality assurance, and final delivery processes
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting key updates to internal teams and external clients
- Coordinating external freelancers and vendors as part of a wider delivery plan
What we\’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Technical Producer in a digital, creative, or innovation-driven environment
- A strong understanding of interactive production – such as websites, installations, AR/VR, or generative media
- Solid technical fluency – you’re able to communicate effectively with developers and understand codebases, APIs, tools, and technical constraints
- Experience working in hybrid creative-tech teams, ideally within studios, agencies, or digital labs
- Skilled in running sprints, using Scrum, Kanban, or a blended Agile framework tailored to creative environments
- Confident communicator who can align teams, manage expectations, and keep momentum going
- Calm, solutions-focused, and ready to tackle complex challenges with a practical mindset
- Exceptionally organised and detail-driven, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
If you\’re passionate about making innovative ideas real, and love bringing clarity and control to ambitious, fast-moving projects, this could be your next big move.Apply now, or get in touch with Jack Baxter – jb@skillsearch.com
