We deliver a range of learning and development opportunities designed to support and advance our clients’ journey, including personal & social development and accredited qualifications. You will support the learning journey of clients across all Routes to Work programmes. We aim to ensure that learning and development is engaging and fun. We deliver in other geographical areas in Scotland, which provides you the opportunity to work beyond North Lanarkshire. We are an approved SQA centre and deliver a range of SQA and REHIS qualifications. The right candidate will have experience of the design and delivery of learning and development interventions, together with relevant training delivery qualifications at SCQF Level 8 such as REHIS or SQA..
