Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to all customers and vendors.
- Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
- Provide our Advisors and Technicians parts inquiry pricing and availability in a timely manner.
- Process and fill back counter technician parts orders.
- Gain superior product knowledge and understanding of vehicle components through available factory training to effectively help customers, advisors, and technicians.
- Assist with the daily inventory.
- Help maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the service counter, work area, and stockroom.
- Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and other information to customers as required.
IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:
- High school graduate or GED
- Prior knowledge and experience of the vehicle parts industry is required
- Understanding of basic automotive components and systems
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
