JOB TITLE: TEACHING SUPPORT OFFICER (TECHNICIAN) CONSTRUCTION

LOCATION: WISBECH

HOURS: 37 PER WEEK

Due to sustained growth in student enrolment, the College of West Anglia is seeking to appoint an additional Teaching Support Officer to join our dynamic construction team. This role is integral to supporting both our teaching staff and learners across a range of construction-related programmes.

The successful candidate will ideally possess a broad knowledge base and practical experience in various construction disciplines. Areas of expertise may include, but are not limited to, Groundwork, Brickwork, Plumbing, and Carpentry.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and knowledgeable individual who is passionate about the construction industry and committed to helping students succeed in their education and future careers.

The successful candidate must hold a Level 2 qualification in a related subject as well as English and Maths at Level 2, or be willing to obtain this.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving construction team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
