The Opportunity – 360 Contract Recruiter (Agency Only)

We’re hiring recruiters who can:

️ Win and manage their own clients

️ Run the full 360 recruitment process (contract only)

️ Operate independently with full commercial awareness

️ Close deals and deliver consistently under time pressure

This is not a resourcer or trainee role. It’s designed for proven billers who want to scale without the burden of building a back office.
