Role- CNC Turner (will look at semi skilled Machinist)

Location- Castleford

Salary – Starting on days for training ( 14-15.00ph depending on experience)

Moving on to shifts
After training, shift pattern of Alternate early lates with 17% allowance ( 17.38ph)
Mon – Thurs 6am-2pm Fri 6am-12.30.
Lates- Mon – Thurs 2pm-10pm Fri 12.30-6pm

We are working with a company in Castleford which manufacture Moulds out of various metals used in the food and beverage industry.
Looking for someone who has experience in a manufacturing/Engineering background who can join the cnc maching team as a turner.

The role is for a setter Operator, Any programming is done offline.

The company are open to someone who has been working in a production manaufacturing role, who has had an introduction to CNC Machining but would like to progress in more technical work.

Experience of Lathes would be an advantage but not essential.

Experience of working from engineering drawings would also be an advantage.

Full training is on offer for the right candidate, this is a permanent role although the first 12 weeks will be worked via the agency. You will then move on to the shift work which comes with a premium of 17.5% per hour on basic rate.
