This role operates primarily on a remote working arrangement that will require little to no travel into our Coventry head office.

Our Apprenticeship Team is delivering flexible, high-quality learning experiences to a growing number of learners and employer partners. We support apprentices in gaining the essential employability skills and real-world knowledge they need to succeed, backed by degree-level education and industry-recognised qualifications.
As part of this fast-growing team, the Applications Advisor plays a vital role in welcoming new apprentices and guiding them through the onboarding and enrolment process. With learner numbers on the rise, you’ll ensure each apprentice is accurately assessed for eligibility and fully supported as they begin their journey—while maintaining compliance with all relevant funding and regulatory requirements. About the Role – Applications Advisor
As an Applications Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming apprentices to their chosen pathway and setting them up for success.
Your mission will be to ensure learners are seamlessly and efficiently enrolled onto their apprenticeship programmes, accurately assessing their eligibility while upholding all relevant apprenticeship funding and regulatory standards.

About You:
“We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Applications Advisor with the following experience:
Essential requirements:
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths (required).
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer servicerole, ideally within education, apprenticeships, or a training environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with learner management systems, CRMs, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, and funding requirements (or a willingness to learn).
Desirable requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field
