We\’re looking for a caring, compassionate, and talented Service Leader to join our management team, overseeing 2-3 supported living services in the Sefton area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of Support Workers
  • Help people live independently in their own homes
  • Oversee care plans, risk assessments & audits
  • Ensure high-quality, person-centred support
  • Understand and manage challenging behaviours
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff
  • Be a visible, hands-on presence in the services

Job Details

Full-time | Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm | Driving license and own transport required, NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Minimum)
