Our client – based in the Winchester area – is a well-established and respected name in the design and manufacture of high-quality bespoke timber products, and they are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator to join their expanding team. This is your chance to become part of a growing business within the construction and homebuilding sector.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Support the estimating team by submitting quality enquiries
  • Make proactive outbound and inbound calls to existing customers
  • Perform accurate data entry and manage client records on the CRM system
  • Assist the sales team with daily operations to ensure smooth workflows
  • Respond to customer queries via phone and email
  • Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Provide general administrative and office support as required
