Job Overview: Being the Service Delivery Manager, you will be managing/leading a team of talented 1st & 2nd line Support. Running a smooth and efficient Service is paramount, incorporating the Helpdesk, Incidents and day to day problems that arise. The growth of the function is part of the role and will require a focussed Systems Process/Ways of Working such at ITIL to become the standard. Key Skills: Ideally an ERP, Supply Chain, WMS or Retail background Retail or eCommerce Hardware & Software incident support ITIL Qualifications: Experience: 5yrs + in a similar role Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
