We are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager at Co-op DC Avonmouth. Location: The Co-operative Group – DC Rate of pay: £35,735 per Annum Working pattern: 40 hours per week Contrated 5 over 7 to cover weekend when necessary Key responsibilities Responsible for the provision of quality seasonal food ,whilst maintaining all standards of quality, food hygiene and health and safety. Responsible for the full management of the kitchen, the kitchen team and Staff Rotas Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills Delivery of all budgetary Targets /Daily & weekly finance & Stocktakes What\’s in it for you?
