I’m working with a fast-growing global fintech that’s looking to hire its first in-house Product Design Lead, someone ready to build and own the entire design function across product, UX/UI, documentation, and visual brand identity.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a profitable, scaling company where design has executive-level visibility and real impact. You’ll lead everything from foundational product journeys to API clarity and marketing visuals, all while setting the strategy and staying hands-on.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Build and lead a high-performing design team across product, UX, and visual design
- Own and evolve the user experience for a flagship B2B fintech platform
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver consistent and elegant experiences
- Oversee and improve developer-facing API documentation
- Create scalable design systems and workflows that grow with the company
- Champion feedback, experimentation, and a strong design culture across the org
What we\’re looking for:
- 2+ years in a senior or leadership design role
