We are seeking an experienced and passionate Homecare Manager to lead and manage a homecare service in the North-East. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in healthcare management to make a positive impact on the lives of those we care for. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care, managing a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver outstanding homecare services. Develop, implement, and monitor care plans to ensure the highest standards of care are achieved. Ensure all regulatory requirements (CQC) are met and maintain compliance with all relevant guidelines.
