JOB TITLE: LECTURER BUSINESS

LOCATION: KING\’S LYNN

HOURS: 37 PER WEEK (FULL TIME)

SALARY: £30,530 – £38,500 PER ANNUM

START DATE: AVAILABLE FROM 26 AUGUST 2025 (TEACHING FROM SEPTEMBER 2025)

Due to continued growth in student numbers we are looking to recruit an additional Lecturer to join our Business team. This role will focus mainly on the delivery of Access, Level 3 and Degree courses within the business field and economics.

This is a varied and challenging role where you can make a real difference to learners lives; our curriculum colleagues deliver a wide range of courses, from level 2 to degree level, including T-Levels, BTEC and level 3.

Never taught before? No problem! We offer a bespoke induction and onboarding programme for all of our new curriculum colleagues where you can undertake your teaching qualifications at a pace to suit you. What matters to us most is your subject knowledge, passion for learning and the ability to engage and motivate our learners.

Please note that your point on the salary scale will be determined based on both experience and teaching qualifications. Appointments will not normally be made at point 12 or above (£35,841 FTE) without a level 5 teaching qualification and experience.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Business team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
