  • Working hand in hand with tech partners, product managers and frontline teams to craft a clear, shared vision for our Contact experience

  • Building compassionate, intuitive journeys that support our customers and empower our people

  • Listening closely to internal and external voices to understand where we can do better and taking thoughtful steps to get there

  • Exploring emerging technologies and trends to gently evolve how we support customer needs

  • Creating space for collaborative experimentation, learning and co-creation across the business

  • Nurturing a supportive environment where ideas grow into impactful, people-first products

Are we the perfect match?

  • You bring a strong foundation in product leadership, through a degree or equivalent hands on experience

  • You understand customer service deeply and care about improving every step of the journey

  • You\’re confident working in agile environments, with a focus on inclusive collaboration

  • You\’ve partnered with SaaS providers or external tech teams before and know how to build strong relationships

  • You\’re naturally curious, empathetic and comfortable making decisions that balance people and performance

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience leading cross functional teams or initiatives in fast paced environments

  • A background working with or within contact centres

  • A genuine interest in sustainable, human centred technology

  • Confidence communicating clearly with diverse groups including senior leaders

  • A desire to continuously learn and share knowledge to help others grow

  • Location – Nottingham – E.ON Next office, Trinity House, 2 Burton St, Nottingham NG1 4BX / Leicester – Granite House, Watermead Business Park, Syston, LE7 1PF with travel to our other sites when required.

  • Working environment: Flexible hybrid working – a blend of in the office and home working.

  • 26 days holiday plus bank holidays each year – this includes a guaranteed day off for your birthday if you want it.

  • Generous pension scheme (you contribute 5%, we contribute 6%, increasing to 10% after 2 years).

  • Excellent parental leave allowance.
