Housing Assistant

Permanent part-time, 18.5 hours per week
Working days: Monday, Tuesday, and alternate Wednesdays
Grade 2 Salary: Β£25,583 to Β£26,824 (pro-rata for part-time)
We have an opportunity for a capable and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Admin team within Housing Services at our offices on Hundred Acre Lane, Worksop.
Based within the Housing Admin team, you will provide operational, clerical, and administrative support for the Housing Service, including managing Community Centres and providing reception services.
Suitable candidates will possess at least 4 GCSEs Grade C or above / Level 4-9 (or equivalent), including English Language and Mathematics. They should be computer literate with strong word processing skills and have a minimum of two yearsβ experience in direct customer contact within a front-line, customer-focused environment.
The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle public interactions, prioritize and monitor workloads to meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with colleagues or independently as needed.
The hours of work are 18 hours and 30 minutes per week, scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, and alternate Wednesdays.
