As Shift Team Leader, you will:
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment in line with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Standard Operating Procedures
- Lead and develop your team through coaching, performance conversations, and development plans
- Promote a culture of safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth and effective operations
- Manage labour and materials to meet production schedules and budget requirements
- Deputise for the Shift Manager when required and contribute to site-wide improvement projects
As Shift Team Leader, you will have:
- Previous experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong people management and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Awareness of Health, Safety, Environmental, and hygiene standards
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective relationships across departments
- Basic hygiene qualification (desirable) and computer literacy
