Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for a Stock Promotions Coordinator, you\’ll support the planning and delivery of promotional campaigns, ensuring they align with broader commercial goals. Acting as a key link between Commercial and Channel teams, you\’ll manage the promotional calendar and coordinate planning meetings.
Using data insights, you\’ll track performance, report on trading results, and help shape future promotional plans for key periods like Black Friday, Christmas, and Easter.

Role and Responsibilities of this Stock Promotions Coordinator role-
• Compile and share weekly trade reports, including Monday Trading updates, WSSI data, and sale performance summaries.
• Take full ownership of the Promotional Calendar, representing the commercial perspective
Participating in Trade Activation and Promotional Planning meetings.
• Prepare and distribute all promotional assets
• Work closely with the Finance team to align on sales forecasts, promotional outcomes, and other commercial reporting.
• Consolidate WSSI & Inventory data and deliver KPI-focused updates to senior merchandising stakeholders.
• Assist in supply chain planning by tracking and forecasting stock movement through the distribution centre, including upkeep of the Intake Monitor.
Qualifications required for this Stock Promotions Coordinator role-
• Knowledge of retail merchandising processes, systems, and tools (e.g., WSSI, forecasting, supply chain), ideally acquired in a fast-paced, multi-location retail setting.
• 1 year + experience in a merchandising, allocator, demand planning, forecasting or supply chain capacity
• Good understanding of the end-to-end promotional planning cycle.
• Strong grasp of the key commercial drivers in retail and how buying and merchandising functions interact throughout promotional and planning cycles.
• Highly analytical and numerate, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong written communication skills.
• A degree-level qualification is preferred.
