Our client is looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator based in West Derby, Liverpool.
Applicants will be part of the a busy maintenance helpdesk
Supporting and coordinating the onsite teams including cleaning, reception and maintenance staff.
Daily, weekly and monthly H&S and Facilities checklists, ensuring all floors provide a great working environment by identifying, troubleshooting and/or reporting and issues.
Site compliance: monitoring and acting on any upcoming statutory actions
Pay is 15.00 per hour
Hours are 8am to 4pm onsite everyday – 40hrs per week
Undertake and manage ordering and stock control.
