We are currently seeking to fill the position of Admissions Coordinator.

The Junior School is recruiting for an Admissions Coordinator to join the Admissions Department on a full-time, permanent basis. The position will start on 13 August 2025 (subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks). Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with 45 minutes unpaid for lunch, totaling a paid workweek of 36.25 hours. The role is on the ESMS Support Staff Salary Scale H, ranging from £33,021 to £35,427 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
The Admissions Coordinator will manage the admissions processes within the Junior School. Key duties include handling applications, maintaining and updating pupil databases, and overseeing administrative transitions from Nursery to P1 and into other year groups.
The ideal candidate will be kind, enthusiastic, responsible, organized, efficient, and a team player. They should have experience in busy office administration, database management, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.
