The Role In this role, youll work closely with families, respecting their rights and strengths while identifying their needs. Your primary responsibility will be to promote the welfare of children and support families to create safe and nurturing environments. Key Responsibilities: Assess and triage incoming contacts to determine if they meet the threshold for statutory intervention. Undertake comprehensive assessments of family strengths, risks, and needs, creating SMART plans to support positive change. Collaborate with partners to implement plans and monitor progress through child-in-need and core group meetings.
