Description

We are seeking a Motor Claims Handler to join our team managing a caseload of Pre-Litigated Motor Claims. If you\’re looking for a fresh start in the legal field, this could be the opportunity for you.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims from inception to settlement efficiently and effectively
  • Identify cases suitable for early litigation with high success prospects and low risk
  • Deliver high levels of service and productivity
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent service quality
  • Accurately input and maintain data

Working Hours

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, including 1 hour for lunch. This role is hybrid, working 1 day in the office and 4 days remotely.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience handling motor claims and litigated liability and quantum dispute cases
  • Experience reviewing repair documentation and quoting case law
  • Client handling experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
  • Customer service skills
  • Attention to detail, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
