Job Summary
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and experiencedAssistant Toddler Teacher to join our two-year-old classroom. This is a part-time position during the academic year (September through June), ideal for an educator who is passionate about early childhood development and values teamwork and community.
Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom routines and activities
- Assist with implementing curriculum tailored to toddlers’ developmental needs
- Foster a safe, warm, and engaging learning environment
- Maintain clear, positive communication with families
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to ensure consistency and quality across classrooms
Qualifications
- EEC Toddler Teacher Certification (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a licensed early childhood setting

- Must meet Massachusetts state background check requirements
