I am representing a well funded payments organisation that is searching for a MLRO to drive Compliance initiatives in the UK.
Working alongside the founders and spearheading all compliance matters, you will get a lot of autonomy and exposure building the business.
What you\’ll be doing
- Acting as UK MLRO and key contact for the FCA
- Leading compliance strategy and regulatory engagement
- Project managing new tech rollouts for compliance systems
- Supporting global licensing initiatives
- Managing junior members of the team
What you’ll bring
- MLRO experience in a FinTech / Payments
- 8+ years in compliance, with strong AML and KYC expertise
- Deep knowledge of UK financial regulations
- Experience handling complex projects across teams
