Bathroom Fitter required to start on 7th July on a kitchen and bathroom social housing scheme in tenanted and void properties in Market Rasen. The contract is for 7 weeks.

Our client is a regional subcontractor who specialises in working with councils and housing associations within the Yorkshire and Midlands area.
Job Description
This contract is carrying out the following, these duties will vary depending on the type of work:
- Installing baths/shower trays dependant on the property
- Installing wash hand basins and toilet cisterns
They require the candidate to perform the below;
- Be able to demonstrate high standards of Customer Excellence
- Determine the material required to carry out effective repairs
- Ability to work with vulnerable tenants
The working hours are 8am – 4:30pm with a 30 minute break, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is £21 per hour Umbrella/CIS or price work. There is street parking available.
