Role Overview

As a Support Analyst / Consultant / Application Analyst, you will provide high-quality support to Civica\’s customers.

  1. Handle incidents, problems, service requests, and change requests professionally within SLAs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop expertise in supporting Civica’s products and solutions.
  3. Investigate faults using knowledge of operating systems and databases.
  4. Use test systems and remote support to diagnose issues.
  5. Own customer issues until resolution.
  6. Coordinate with Development and Product teams for fault resolution and defect management.
  7. Communicate effectively with teams to support customers and improve products.
  8. Build customer relationships and visit sites as needed.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Council Tax and/or Non-Domestic Rates administration.
  • Experience with Civica Automation, packages, and schedulers.
  • Knowledge of Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rates legislation.
  • IRRV Qualification.
  • Familiarity with Civica OPENRevenues Suite.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Understanding of XML, HTML, and Web Services.
