Position Summary:
Supervise and provide leadership to an area at EF Fulfillment & Distribution Center. Perform and delegate work to an area of the department via OMNI. Provide guidance to all coordinators, associates, and Temporary Employees in daily work and priorities for the day. Work with other leaders to identify ways to improve and enhance efficiencies, accuracies, and effective cost wise schedule. Ability to understand and configure processes in Warehouse Management System. The Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday, including but not limited to lifting/carrying of heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provides leadership and direction for an assigned area of the Fulfillment & Distribution Center.
• Develops and Creates ways to drive continuous improvement with area operation processes and monitor KPIs.
• Provides outstanding customer service in terms of accuracy, timeliness and responsiveness.
• Supervise employees and temp in OMNI Fulfillment & Distribution Center tasks, including receiving, shipping, stocking, cycle counting, order picking and packing.
• Continue or complete pending tasks from dayshift and weekdays.
• Support or Participate in all Warehouse Management System, Order Management System and Enterprise Resource Planning System related projects.
• Coordinate and resolve with vendors & IT partners for all system issues and requests.
• Partner with EFW Leaders to train employees and Temporary Employees to adhere with EFW processes and procedures.
• Assist in opening or closing of the Fulfillment & Distribution Center building.
• Investigate all missed picked and short picked orders and fill them, as necessary.
• Communicate via phone or email with carriers (UPS, USPS, or other carriers) when needed.
• Reach out via phone or email to senior leadership during crisis.
• Function as point person during nights and weekend in absence of the FC Assistant Manager
PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS AS REQUIRED.
Please note that occasional overtime may be required to meet operational needs.
Education: Some College Preferred or relevant experience
• Proficient in Fulfillment & Distribution Center operations and merchandise flow or other relevant experience
• Advanced MS Office Suite and experience using Warehouse Management System, Order Management System, customer Service System Tools and Enterprise Resource Planning System
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a highly collaborative work environment.
• Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be both detail oriented and able to see bigger picture.
• Effective organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a demanding environment critical.

The hourly range for this full time role is $25.00- $29.00/hr. dependent upon experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer competitive benefits including a generous clothing allowance and a wellness reimbursement program.
