About the role of Project Commercial Manager
As the lead for this £135 million project, you will work with the Project Manager and lead Quantity Surveyor on the project, focusing on high-level financial and cost control elements, including drawdowns and financial reports. You will collaborate with the delivery team to ensure successful project completion and optimize profits.
You will be responsible for the overall commercial success of the project, including cash flow management, EOT claims, and contract administration under a bespoke JCT form of contract.
Key Responsibilities as Project Commercial Manager:
- Manage cash flow and cost control processes.
- Assist with claims and final accounts on sub-contract packages.
- Conduct monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports for the Board of Directors.
Key Requirements for this role:
- Legal right to work in the UK.
