With 30 partners and 190 staff across our offices, we offer unrivalled legal services to businesses and individuals, both locally and nationally. The Role As a New Business Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all new clients, creating a welcoming and efficient client journey for new and existing enquiries. Working within our Client Experience Team, you will process new business enquiries via telephone, email and our live chat platform. You’ll triage and signpost enquiries to the appropriate teams and liaise with fee earners, support staff and clients.
