We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Estate Technicians to join our team, supporting essential maintenance services across Liverpool, Sheffield, and the wider region. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in estate management, grounds maintenance, or property clearance, looking for a long run of stable and rewarding work within the social housing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Work as part of a busy, proactive team delivering estate maintenance services
Assist with void property clearances and bin room clean-ups
Remove fly-tipping and maintain cleanliness across estates
Carry out grounds maintenance including grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general upkeep
Clean, prepare, and maintain vacant (void) properties
Support with minor external repairs – experience in flagging or fencing is highly desirable
Perform mould treatment, removal, and wash-downs in both tenanted and void properties
Ideal Candidate
Experience in grounds maintenance, property clearance, or cleaning
Comfortable with manual labour and working outdoors in all conditions
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence essential
