Join our team as a Sales Advisor at Vertu Honda Mansfield.
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, inclusive environment with structured working hours and genuine work-life balance. You’ll work a40-hour week across five 8-hour shifts, including most Saturdays (our busiest day), with aguaranteed day off during the week—and we’reclosed every Sundayso you can consistently take time to recharge.
This role offers acompetitive base salary of £28,000, withon-target earnings of £34,000and thepotential to earn significantly more. You don’t need prior automotive experience—full training is provided. All you need is a passion for people, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
After 6 months, you may have the opportunity to progress into aSales Executiverole, where youron-target earnings could exceed £45,000, plus you\’ll be eligible for acompany car.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll guide customers through the entire car-buying experience—whether they’re online, in-store, on the phone or via video. You’ll support with:
- Arranging test drives
- Exploring finance options
- Recommending accessories
- Providing clear, friendly communication every step of the way
There is also a strongsales and prospecting focusin this role. You\’ll be encouraged to develop new customer relationships through networking and outreach, both locally and nationally.
