Are you a dedicated teaching assistant? Do you have a passion for facilitating holistic development in the early years and knowledge of child-centred learning? If so, keep reading!

SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a number of wonderful primary schools across Newham who are searching for experienced, reliable and engaging teaching assistants to work in the early years(nursery/reception) on a daily supply or long-term basis.

As an early years teaching assistant, you will:

  • Support the class teacher with the overall running of the classroom
  • Have a solid understanding of early development and child-centred learning
  • Be able to support children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Have a solid understanding of how to develop language, literacy and social skills
  • Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment

We are seeking early years teaching assistants who are:

  • Enthusiastic and passionate about early childhood development
  • Experienced in or familiar with early years foundation stage curriculum
  • Patient, caring, and a strong communicator
  • A team player, ready to support both staff and pupils
