EF Torquay Summer School is seeking dedicated and outgoing teachers to join our team for summer 2026.

Responsibilities
Inspire international students to improve their English in fun, communicative lessons
Plan, prepare and deliver effective lessons to diverse groups of learners
Track student attendance, assess progress and provide regular feedback
Facilitate testing and maintain academic records
Participate in teacher briefings, staff meetings, and professional development sessions
Contribute to a positive and collaborative academic team environment
Act as an ambassador for EF
Requirements
Available between June â August 2026
TEFL or CELTA (or equivalent) qualified
Sensitive to the needs of international students
Confident in teaching young learners (13â17)
Demonstrates a high level of customer service
Has strong administrative and organisational skills
All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
Right to work in the UK at commencement of employment
C2 level of English
