Job Description
The purpose of this role is to Lead business analysis activities for the phased rollout of Microsoft 365 to internal and external users
The M365 BA is to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication, shared understanding, and alignment on solution requirements.
What you’ll do:
• Elicit, document, and translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria in an Agile (SAFe/Scrum) environment.
• Collaborate with product owners and key stakeholders to manage and prioritize product backlogs.
• Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution readiness and business validation.
• Contribute to solution design, business process modelling, and service readiness documentation.
• Document and help implement ITIL-aligned processes (incident, request, and change) for service delivery.
What you’ll bring:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 implementation and collaboration platforms (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum) and experience working with Jira.
• Experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and tools such as Jira Service Management for service delivery.
• Strong analytical, documentation,and business process modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating and managing UAT processes.
