Content and Campaigns Manager
Remote – occasional travel to London
My client, a global financial services association, is seeking a Content and Campaigns Manager to join its Marketing and Communications team. This pivotal role will lead their content strategy and integrated marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, thought leadership, and member engagement on a global scale.

The Role:
The Content & Campaigns Manager will be instrumental in defining and delivering the brand and digital presence. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications and the Senior Insights & Engagement Manager to identify key communication priorities and ensure they remain agile in responding to emerging issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the marketing communications plan, business objectives, and brand positioning. Ensuring a best-in-class digital presence, leading the creation of high-quality, multi-channel content, including viewpoints, blogs, case studies, videos, and other multimedia assets.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive engagement and support member recruitment. Leveraging data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance and work with the Digital Officer to manage multi-channel content distribution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, members, and strategic partners to produce content, ensuring seamless coordination and cohesive messaging across marketing, PR, and digital.
- Analytics & Performance Measurement: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in content marketing and campaign management.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Demonstrated success in conceptualising and executing creative, multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and social media management tools.
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe, and InDesign.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a strategic mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to understand complex topics and develop thought leadership content.
Location & Workplace Policy:
- Remote, UK.
- Travel to London around once a month.
