Order Picker – Order Picker at Heights / HLOP Driver / FLT Driver
Location: Sherburn in Elmet
PERMANENT ROLE
Hourly Rates:
12.75 p/h – Starting pay rate, moving to the following after the training:
13.75 p/h – AM Shift (06:00 – 14:00)
14.75 p/h – PM Shift (14:00 – 22:00)

We are excited to be recruiting for a brand new site opening in Sherburn in Elmet, offering fantastic opportunities for growth, fresh starts, and long-term permanent roles.
We are currently recruiting motivated and reliable Order Pickers to join the warehouse team. This is a manual, fast-paced role involving order picking at heights of up to 14 meters using HLOP trucks (High Level Order Pickers).
Key Responsibilities as Order Picker / FLT Driver – Order Picker at Heights:

Pick orders accurately while operating at heights of up to 14 meters

Work from a standing position in very narrow aisles (VNA environment)

Perform general manual handling and warehouse duties

Follow all site safety procedures including rope escape awareness (covered at induction)

Support team operations and maintain a clean and organised work area
Requirements as a FLT Driver / Order Picker at Heights:

No licence required – full training is provided

Previous warehouse experience preferred

Must be comfortable working at height and using rope escape equipment in emergencies

HLOP experience highly desirable (VNA experience also considered)

Physically fit and able to work in a standing, manual role

Must be flexible to work a 5 out of 6 shift pattern (Sunday always off, every other Saturday required)
