Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver creative and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with EHCPs.

- Create a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment.
- Use multi-sensory and individualised teaching approaches.
- Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and families.
- Monitor and report on student progress and development.
- Contribute to EHCP reviews, planning meetings, and school improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (essential).
- Experience working in a SEND setting (preferred).
- Strong classroom management and a flexible, inclusive approach.
- Knowledge of differentiated teaching strategies and assistive technology.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and professionals.
