A little bit about the role…
- Overseeing the full surveying function for small or phased developments (e.g., 50-100 units) from start to finish.
- Preparing construction cost estimates for various design proposals during the pre-contract stage.
- Assisting with monthly and periodic financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing Costco/Matco reporting.
- Aiding in the settlement of contractual disputes and claims.
- Assisting with project preliminary reconciliation and forecasting.
