The Opportunity
Our client is a Legal 500 firm with an outstanding reputation. Their clinical negligence team is one of the best in the market and highly acclaimed.
You will be representing clients on a broad range of clinical negligence matters, handling your own caseload of medical negligence claims from start to finish. You will work collaboratively with clients, medical experts and counsel. Alongside your own caseload, you will have the chance to work on high-profile cases with senior colleagues.
Experience Required
You will be a qualified solicitor with experience working on clinical negligence claims showcasing your ability to analyse and interpret medical evidence as well as your understanding of the Pre-Action Protocol for Clinical Disputes and CPR.
