On Call Care Assistant (Team Leader) at Aviation and Aerospace
This role involves supporting coordinators out of hours, leading a team of carers and clients in the local area, and providing on-call coverage every other week. There is potential for progression and ongoing development.
Base pay range
Hourly Pay Rates (Inclusive of Travel time)
- £13.50 p/h Weekdays
- £14.50 p/h Weekends
- 45p per mile
- Guaranteed Hours Contract Available after 3 months
Local visiting rounds in Bristol & South Gloucestershire
Responsibilities
- Support our co-ordinators out of hours.
- Support your team of carers and clients in your area.
- Every other week on call.
- Flexible hours for your week not on call.
- Share feedback on clients & staff.
- Conduct spot checks.
- Client reviews.
- Training new starters with shadow shifts.
- Assist the Coordinators to cover shifts when on call.

- Full UK driver\\\’s license and access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
