Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a 1st & 2nd Support Engineer.

Some travel will be required; candidates must hold a valid UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide 1st line and some 2nd line support.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues such as password resets, software installations, and basic hardware malfunctions.
  3. Escalate more complex issues to senior IT team members as needed.
  4. Set up and configure new hardware and software for users.
  5. Perform regular IT operations and maintenance tasks to ensure system stability and security.
  6. Develop technical skills under the mentorship of senior staff.
  7. Maintain up-to-date departmental documentation.
  8. Assist in IT equipment inventory management and reporting.
