Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead critical infrastructure and building projects within the UK Defence Sector?
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage a diverse portfolio of property and infrastructure projects – including HVAC systems, chillers, electrical distribution, life safety systems, CCTV, and BMS.

Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee multiple projects (typically £50k to £1m+)
- Manage construction, M&E, and infrastructure works across multiple defence sites
- Coordinate project delivery across lifecycle – planning, governance, financial control, and risk management
- Work closely with Commercial, PMO and Senior Project Managers, reporting to the Project Sector Lead
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, compliance, and KPI achievement
- Manage subcontractor packages and procurement
- Preparation of tenders
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- Proven project management experience in the property, infrastructure, or M&E sectors
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and contractors
- Solid understanding of construction processes and regulations
- SC cleared or willing to obtain
- BPSS is the basic requirement
